Join the barnyard menagerie on a yoga journey. Who knew a downward mule could be so cool? Sam doesn’t at first. Sometimes it just takes confidence and (yoga) to believe.
Jenna Hammond is a freelance writer on the East Coast. Like Sam, she’s also a closet yogi. Before parenthood, she led family yoga classes on weekends with a weekday desk job as editor-in-chief. Writing about a girl with special needs who walks because of yoga motivated Jenna’s children’s yoga certification. She holds a master’s degree in journalism from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in French from the University of Michigan. Find her in NYC, the beaches and ranches of Montauk, or the occasional barnyard on family travels with her two sons.
Illustrator, Steve Page, doesn't practice yoga on his daily routine but "if I can find an instructor who is as good as Sam" that may change! His favorite pose is Plow. He loves illustrating children's books because he get to draw every day! He lives with his familiy in a small, sleepy town in the hills to the east of Melbourne, Australia. Loves cold cross buns and nice red wine. Mantra..."Draw each day or it's a day wasted."
